Check out new spring feature menu at the Lancaster



Spring’s here and we’ve been whipping up something special at Lancaster. Chef Matty and the team have put their heads together to roll out an exciting new spring feature menu at the Lancaster that’s sure to get folks talking. Here’s the rundown of what we’ve got cooking for you:


Fish Tacos

Golden fried haddock tucked into tacos with a punchy mix of coleslaw, black bean pico de gallo, avocado, and a kick of chili lime aioli.


Black Bean Veggie Burger

Our own black bean patty, loaded with all the fixings – lettuce, tomato, pickles, onions – on a house-made toasted brioche bun. Pick your side and dig in!


Shrimp & Lobster Po-boy

A generous helping of shrimp and lobster with capers, red onion, and avocado, drizzled with chili lime aioli, all on a pretzel baguette. Comes with your choice of side.


Lobster & Goat Cheese Mafalda

Lobster meets luxury with goat cheese, bacon, capers, and mushrooms, all over mafalda noodles.


Tuscan Chicken with Barley Pilaf

Grilled chicken topped with a sun-dried tomato and parmesan sauce, served over barley pilaf.
